In 1990 when Ashdown Warehouse first opened I spent 2 years selling condos in the early years and sold the last 12 units and lived at 167 bannatyne and thankfully for Denis, he knew every nook and cranny of the building, he was always there with a helping hand, whether it was to change a light bulb high up in the ceiling or to let me into the front if I had forgot my key.
